Speakers include: 11.30am - Ronny, nationally renowned Vegan chef and author of vegan cookery books Talk entitled 'The practicalities of becoming vegan.' 12.30pm - Dave Palmer from the Vegan Society. Talk entitled 'Veganism and its benefits for the environment'. 1.30pm - Dr Margaret Clotsworthy from Europeans for Medical Progress Trust. Talk entitled 'Animal testing, a false safety net' The day will be followed by a social at the all-vegan Sumac Centre, with People's Kitchen Meal from 6.30pm, followed by an open deck bedroom dj session in the vegan social club bar.
